  • Consumer Agreement
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in our automated checkout process. Your RoadTunez audio component rig comes completely assembled. But you must have it wired for power and ground before it can be used. All RoadTunez rigs are standard 12-volt positive (red) and negative (black/grey) ground systems, and must be wired correspondingly and accordingly to function properly. Professional installation is strongly recommended. RoadTunez is not responsible for damage or destruction to its products or to users' vehicles due to improper wiring or operation. Check your motorcycle's service manual for proper wiring instructions for your model.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • ROADTUNEZ provides it's customers with the option to select from a number of national and international shipping carriers to best suit their shipping and delivery needs. All shipping options are made available to customers during the automated checkout process. All risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


  • Sales Tax
  • ROADTUNEZ charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state and local sales tax rates and the location to which the order is being shipped.


  • Warranties
  • Product Warranty: RoadTunez will warranty our products under condition of component failure during normal use. Failure due to modification, improper installation or use (including electrical wiring and mounting), and acts of God are not covered by any warranty. If any individual component of a RoadTunez product fails of its own accord, we will replace the component or the entire product on an as-determined basis by RoadTunez. A standard RMA process requires the customer to return the defective component or unit to us, and upon inspection and verification of the condition of said component or unit, a replacement or equivalent will be issued. RoadTunez is not and will not be liable for damage to the product nor to the user's vehicle due to improper installation, wiring, modification, or variations from RoadTunez' intended mounting, use or implementation of RoadTunez products. Shipping costs for returns, if necessary, are to be paid for by the customer if it is requested or necessary for a unit to be return-shipped to us. RoadTunez would pay shipping costs for re-shipment of components or units back to the customer on an as-determined basis. The duration of the RoadTunez product warranty is ninety (90) days from date of purchase.

All returns due to component manufacturer defect must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
